Chief People Officer | Executive Coach | Organizational Strategist

At Ellavate, I partner with leaders across technology, media, entertainment, non-profit, and politics. My work is influenced by experience building high-performance, values-driven teams inside organizations undergoing rapid change.

As Vice President of Talent at Netflix during a period of significant evolution, I worked closely with leadership as the company shifted into original content, built a production studio, and expanded our global employee footprint. At Headspace, as its first Chief People Officer, I helped the company scale from a meditation app into a leading mental health platform.

I had the privilege of working on Michael Bloomberg's 2020 presidential campaign as a Senior HR Advisor for the States team. In 2024, I was Chief People Officer for the Biden–Harris campaign, leading talent strategy during a pivotal election cycle and guiding the transition to the Harris–Walz campaign. My work in politics continues to shape how I think about the challenges of building organizations under pressure, quickly, and at scale.

I hold a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an M.A. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.
